WP8 – Assessing the Role of Criminal Law in Limiting Domestic and Transnational Corruption

The main objective of WP8 is to map jurisdictional and regulatory deficits and assess the enforcement of policies based on criminal law that deal with corruption at EU and Member States’ levels.
